Rockfit is all about creating a better version of you! The tools we use to make a better version of you are kettlebells, yoga, gymnastic rings, sandbags, tires, bodyweight movements, and nutrition. All are welcome here whether you are just getting started in fitness or are an advanced athlete we vary the programs based on what you are capable of.
We offer group classes, nutrition services, personal training, online programming, workshops, and we host a kettlebell competition each year in June called the Chicago Kettlebell Classic. We continue to promote kettlebells and educate people about them.

Rock Cox attended Loras College in Dubuque, IA where he played football and wrestled. During hiscollege years he spent a lot of time training with power lifting legend Ernie Frantz– a memorable and valuable experience.
Rock also played rugby for many years with the Gentlemen of Dubuque, the Chicago Blaze, and the Chicago Griffins. He still get involved in a few pick-up rugby games in Chicago these days.
Rock has competed in kettlebell sport and obstacle races all across the United States. In 2005 he turned his attention towards training others; he enjoys sharing his expertise and kettlebell guidance with others. An avid and lifelong student of fitness and kettlebells, Rock is continually expanding his knowledge of training through books, workshops, and other progressive experiences.
His motto is simple: “Make small progressions every time you train, and it will add up to be great results over time.”
